Cancellations must be received in writing 5 working days prior to the
conference date to be eligible for a refund. Email letter to the
Conference Chair (Annette Lavoie, email@example.com)
and include your name, email and contact numbers. 2. A refund less $25
administrative fee will be made promptly. 3. If you register for the
conference and do not attend, you are liable for the full amount unless
cancelled per above terms. 3. Emergency refunds will be handled on a
case-by-basis. 4. Hotel facilities will handle their own cancellations, and reimbursements if applicable, under their policies.
